Gangtok, the
capital of the Indian state of Sikkim situated at an elevation of 5,500 feet
above sea level. With a spectacular view of the Khangchendzonga, the town
provides the perfect base for travel through the state. One an important
transit point for traders traveling between Tibet and India. MG Marg, the main
street of Gangtok town is a great place to chill out. The country’s first
litter and spit free zone, no vehicular traffic is allowed into the marg. You
can sit at the Titanic Park or at the various benches stretched across the
mall. The Mall is lined with shops on both sides of the road, so shopping
becomes an added pleasure. This is also the venue for the annual Gangtok Food
and Culture festival held in December each year when Sikkim’s multi-cultural
cuisine, along with music and dance performances are showcased. This event
attracts a large number of locals and tourists each year.

DAY 1: –PICK UP FROM NJP/IXB - TRANSFER TO GANGTOK
Meet & Greet by your assigned driver on arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport & transfer Gangtok (Approx – 4-5hrs drive). It’s a perfect place for tourist in search of beauty in hills. Gangtok is famous for its beauty, which permeates every facet of the city's being. The lush, green flora and marvelous mountains are visible no matter where you are and are striking to look at every single time. Check in at hotel. Evening you can visit MG road/ Local Market -do shopping at you own leisure- Overnight at Gangtok.
DAY 2: - GANGTOK FULL DAY CITY TOUR
Breakfast at the hotel, & go for city tour visit , Ranka Monastery ,Jhakri falls , Bakthang falls ,Tashi View point ,Enchey Monastery, Ganesh tok ,Hanuman tok , Rumtek Monastery, Gunjan monastery ,Shanti view point , Do Drul Chorten Stupa, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (closed on Sundays), Cottage Industry (closed on Sundays) ,Flower Show , & Ropeway( Rope way ticket is not included). Evening at your own leisure. Overnight at Gangtok.
DAY 3: - EX. GANGTOK – TSOMGO –BABA MANDIR
After
breakfast, early morning, start for excursion to Tsomgo Lake - situated at a
height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of
50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty
around & Visit Baba Mandir. (In case of Landslide or due to any other
reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be
provided). On the way have your lunch. Overnight in Gangtok.
Nathula Pass is an Indo China border & is situated approx 20 Kms above Tshangu Lake. Supplement cost for Nathula Pass visit will be INR 4500.00 extra SIC basis e which includes the permit charges also. Nathula permit will confirm 24 hrs prior of the journey date & it is subjected to permit availability by lottery. Incase permit is NOT confirmed by Sikkim tourism & due to any reason (Lad slide, Heavy rain fall, VIP Movement etc) you unable to visit Nathula pass then there is no refund of the Nathula amount. Nathula pass is closed on Monday & Tuesday for the tourist.
DAY 4: – DROP TO
IXB /NJP
After breakfast check out & drop to IXB/NJP airport (approx -4-5 hrs
drive). Service ends with sweet memories.

Only at Gangtok - As per the traffic rules - All Non luxury car (Sumo/max /Bus etc) are not allowed to enter the main road after 0800am -0800pm. All transfer from Hotel-to the respective Taxi Stand (West Bengal – NJP stand Deorali//North/Tsomgo will be Chandbari/Vajra taxi Stand) – Hotel on direct payment basis by guest.

Nathula pass is closed on Monday & Tuesday

Person who is medically ill /suffering from any BP /Astham /Sr Citizen/Child below 5yrs are not advisable to visit Nathula pass + North Sikkim
All Museums/Handi craft/ Botanical Garden will remain close on Government holiday.
As per the Sikkim Tourism policy Senior Citizen /Child below 7yrs are not allowed to visit Gurudongmar Lake /Zero point.

To Enter Sikkim: - Person have to apply for Inner line permit at respective check post on the same day when you will enter Sikkim at Respective Check post at Rangpo / Sikkim Melli. Our Diver will assist you for the same.
